Fair Oaks Attached ADU

This ground-up construction project involved the design and execution of a fully integrated, attached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). By transforming an underutilized exterior space into a high-end living suite, we successfully expanded the home's footprint while maintaining a cohesive architectural flow.

The project began with extensive site preparation, including precision excavation and foundation work to ensure the new structure was perfectly leveled with the existing residence. This addition added a large living room, a master bedroom, and a large master bathroom — creating a seamless extension that looks like a natural evolution of the home, not an afterthought.
