Garage ADU Conversion Remodel Project in Sacramento

This was a complete garage conversion into a 500 sqft studio ADU — 1 bed, 1 bath. We gave it our sage green cabinet package with honeycomb backsplash and white quartz countertops. The bathroom was a complete modern and elegant walk-in curbless shower with penny tile floors and tile surround.

Overall an amazing project where we transformed an existing garage into an investment where the client can provide someone with a place to stay and generate additional income!
